We carefully package and ship all items to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All products are shipped from Bulgaria. We offer shipping within Bulgaria, across the EU, and to select international destinations.

Domestic shipping (Bulgaria)

1. Speedy - Office Delivery

Delivery to a Speedy office of your choice.

Please choose your preferred Speedy office and write the office name or office number in the address field during checkout.

2. Standard - Address Delivery

Delivery to your home or business address via Speedy courier.

3. In-person Delivery - Sofia only

Available for selected items. You will be contacted to schedule a convenient time and location after order confirmation.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the listing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has defects not disclosed in the listing, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement, repair, or full refund.
